Julian B. Modesti has lived in DeWitt for about 42 years. He grew up on Lynacres Road with his parents and four siblings, and now lives on DeWittshire Road.  He is married to Jennifer, and has two adult children, Nicholson and Gabriella.  Julian graduated from Jamesville-DeWitt High School, and he and his children had the same second grade teacher at Moses DeWitt Elementary School!  Julian has served on DeWitt’s Zoning Board of Appeals and was formerly on the Board of the Community Library of DeWitt and Jamesville.

The Experience DeWitt Needs for Our Court

Julian has been an attorney for approximately 30 years and is a Member/Partner with Harris Beach PLLC, in Syracuse.  Harris Beach PLLC has approximately 200 attorneys in offices throughout New York State.  His practice focuses on business litigation, trusts and estate litigation, and mediation. He was also the former criminal prosecutor for the Oneida Indian Nation, which maintains its own legal system and courts.

Julian is presently the President of the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities in Syracuse.
